    1. What is in the Toh’s Daily Chili Garlic?
    Our 100% natural ingredients are Coconut Oil, Fried Garlic, Fried Onion, Sesame Oil, Sweet Soy Sauce, Chilli Flake, Himalayan Salt, Mixed Spices, Sesame Seed, and Yeast Extract (Lime Powder is added ingredient for Extra Spicy Flavour).

    2. Does Toh’s Daily Chili Garlic contain any MSG, preservatives, or artificial colouring?
    No, we are proud to say our products any NO MSG, preservatives, or artificial colouring.

    3. Where is Toh’s Daily Chili Garlic made?
    We are 100% Malaysian made, or #BuatanMalaysia.

    4. I am Vegan/ Vegetarian. Can I consume Toh’s Daily Chili Garlic?
    Absolutely! Our product is 100% Vegan-Friendly.

    5. Once I’ve opened it, how do I store my Toh’s Daily Chili Garlic?
    Keep the opened bottle in a cool and dry place. Consume within 30 days of opening.

    DELIVERY FAQ

    1. What areas do you deliver to?
    Currently, we ship to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (maximum bottles for East Malaysia applicable).

    2. I live in East Malaysia. What are minimum and maximum orders?
    At the present moment, we can only ship 4 bottles or less per order. Stay tune for future updates!

    3. I live outside of Malaysia. Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
    We are sorry but we currently do not deliver outside of Malaysia.

    4. How long does it take to process my order?

    • We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed, unless otherwise stated.
    • Standard delivery is usually within 2-5 business days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 3 – 14 business days (East Malaysia) depending on the courier company.
    • Do note that any delays in shipment will need to be addressed by customer directly to the courier company.

    5. Is there a minimum order requirement for delivery?
    Currently we do not have any minimum order.

    6. What is the delivery fee?
    Peninsular Malaysia:

    • 1 -3 Bottle(s): RM 8
    • 4 Bottles Onwards: FREE SHIPPING

    East Malaysia:

    • 1 -2 Bottle(s): RM 16
    • 3 Bottles: RM 19

    7. HELP! My item was damaged during delivery!
    We are sorry to hear that! We handle every parcel with extra care, but they may be damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged or faulty item through shipping, kindly contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com as soon as possible for us to send a new bottle to you, free of charge.

    2. What payment options are available through web ordering?
    Currently, our payment mode only accept the following options:

    3. How will I know when my website order has been received?
    Once you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Please check your “Spam” folder or “Junk email” folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

    4. I didn’t receive any order email.
    Any incomplete orders/ failure to click CHECKOUT/ and/or late payment will render your order as null and void.

    EXCHANGE (DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM)
    If you have received a damaged or faulty item through shipping, kindly contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com as soon as possible for us to send a new bottle to you, free of charge.

    EXCHANGE (DIFFERENT ITEM)

    • In the event that you have received the item, but would prefer to change the flavour, kindly contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number.
    • All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
    • For hygiene purposes, only sealed, unopened bottles are accepted for exchange policy. Once the bottle has been open, the exchange policy becomes null and void.

    REFUND
    Only normal priced items purchased online through our website are eligible for refunds.
    If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason for refund.
    Requests thereafter will not be entertained. Please allow up to 5 working days for our team to get in touch with you.
