Your satisfaction is our first priority. We strive to provide the best quality product, and provide as much clarity possible regarding the product prior to your purchasing decision.

EXCHANGE (DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM)

If you have received a damaged or faulty item through shipping, kindly contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com as soon as possible for us to send a new bottle to you, free of charge.

EXCHANGE (DIFFERENT ITEM)

In the event that you have received the item, but would prefer to change the flavour, kindly contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number.

All shipping costs are to be bourned by the customer.

For hygiene purposes, only sealed, unopened bottles are accepted for exchange policy. Once the bottle has been open, the exchange policy becomes null and void.

REFUND

Only normal priced items purchased online through our website are eligable for refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may contact us at tohsdaily@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason for refund.
Requests thereafter will not be entertained. Please allow up to 5 working days for our team to get in touch with you.
All shipping costs are to be bourned by the customer.
